This past year I feel a strong sense of Deja Vu, television programs are still airing the exact same content filmed 15 years ago, fashion trends coming back from the 90s, same political parties globally in government, royal families in power remain the same, young people being handed a minimal wage, parents working hard, cost of living unaffordable, conversations not being held in families and between friends about the real issues and thoughts we have. Certain industries thriving, higher education courses fading out crucial courses and knowledge, stigma around talking about and bringing up experiences about sexual abuse and harassment, video games being reintroduced, females being unheard and ignored by Police, Doctors, Politicians, work unions, work management, HR, partners, family members. The threats of climate change, waste and consumerism, same cars on the road, streets undeveloped, development plans still being put off, migrant struggles and the same number of people moving to different countries, children experiencing abuse by their parent, young people being abused and needs being neglected by parents, job security and limited jobs on offer, job economy struggles, rental and housing affordability. Discrimination against LGBTQIA+ people which is most of us, people feeling insecure about their bodies based on the media content and promotion, loss of friends and family, people scrutinizing on other’s private lives, business owners using people and withholding funds or embezzling their clients’ money, fires, cyclones and earthquakes. Unsafe streets and digging the earth without sanctions or authority, animal products fully stocked in grocery stores, young music artists gone, ongoing wars, countries fighting to take over another country, Politicians not making a stand and stepping in to help people and other countries struggling. Stigma around alcoholism, air quality low with pollution, not investigating certain cases and cities at high density, First people of the land not having a voice any seats in Government, First people not being consulted in the decision process in Government. Lack of legislation to protect universal and civil rights, the lines of work rights being blurred, not recognising human rights, people not being able to access basic necessities, stigma around holistic health and natural health, curriculum not regularly being updated and revised in schools, ignoring our rich cultural history and representing cultures in our country. History being ignored and rewritten, languages dying, racism and culture not celebrated and being able to be openly expressed daily, religions against each other, the value of a dollar extremely low, significant education and knowledge gaps across different people, equality not achieved, exchange currencies rate. To name a few.

Genders are dividing against each other, we need to be listening to each others needs and expectations for respect. We are to recognise the struggles and experiences of each other. The media is actively influencing men and women to be against each other. We are to explore why we need a balance of masculinity and femininity in relationships and the way it leads to more connection, respect, less difficulties and strengthens the relationship. Learning is crucial to selflessly understand the needs of others and lead a relationship. This includes recognising and listening to how females like sex as well as including seduction, dates, proper labels and romance into relationships. We are to refer to the terms lady and gentlemen to shape relationships in any form. You are to evaluate whether you can protect and provide for your more feminine counterpart in the relationship. If you are unable to do so you should have a conversation with your partner and both come to a realistic resolution. Too many people are benefiting from giving wrongful advice in terms of intimate relationships and examples for peoples lives for monetary gain and fame. Males need to be listened to and heard with their experiences of mistreatment by females, aggression, verbal abuse and physical violence. We need to understand the struggles males have experienced in a relationship and encourage males to share without judgement. The divine feminine should be recognised and the crucial part it has in females, every person, historical female figures including historical female fighters from different cultures, female inventors and contribution to every industry and women from the original Bible. Accurate female representation in writing and posting photos and videos of past women is important. We all have masculine and feminine traits. For example, in a relationship with two people, the couple each has both masculine and feminine in them. We got to steer away from stereotypes associated with sexist outdated opinions of masculinity and femininity. Yin and Yang we need to be in harmony and live equally with each other.

For many young people we have experienced numerous challenges at home and have generational trauma. A lot of us have limited practical knowledge from our parents, have learnt all the wrong lessons and examples from our parents. We were not actually taught ways to make our life prosperous and strive through any difficulty. We have a lack of access to money, have no financial literacy, always seeking validation from others and we are experiencing a separation from our native country and culture. We need to connect with each other more, share our experiences and find solutions to achieve basic necessities, heal generational traumas and our personal experiences, sustain stability, education and self owned businesses. We need to be actively supporting each other our businesses, art and producers even moreso. We should recognise the steps and process we have took to create our craft, educate ourselves and our career. Career is different compared to decades ago. If you are not where you are I know it may be tedious to hear or even do, you need to pray and identify where you are heading in your career. Even if you do not have a vision in mind just a simple dear God prayer will do. Essentially, we have been completely set up to fail, this system is not progressive enough to fulfill us, we have to keep paving our own way and this is by creating our own opportunities despite the lack of qualifications or assets we have. We are to recognise that a lot of us are mixed races and our need to be in touch with culture. Culture includes, our nations food, sharing recipes, speaking even if it is not fluent our different languages, experience of the country, being with extended family, grandparents and cousins, learning about history, family and grandparent struggles, writing down languages online and in written form, wearing traditional clothes etc, embracing our natural hair, feeling beautiful and comfortable to be ourselves. We should be learning each others native languages and be self-assured that we know multiple languages. In history, people knew over seven languages. We need more positive Asian representation in movies and shows and advertisements should be showing portraying Asian people. We need to be calling out any discrimination against Asian people and scrutinizing their lack of and toxic representation in the media. We need to be encouraging and supporting Asian artists and creators. We need more representation of Latino people in movies and recognising the shows and movies they have created. Culture erasure is the agenda being pushed in society and we need to preserve our cultures. We have to learn, teach each other and the kids of today about our cultures. We need to be learning about islands and different countries, even looking at the map every now and then to learn different countries names.

We should recognise the humanitarian work, public figures and organisations overtime who have worked to provide basic necessities and care to different causes, groups of people and countries. There are key differences between different communities in every country. Surveillance, restrictions, fast food and alcohol promotion needs to be formally addressed. We are one people and need to recognise differences in access to education, knowledge and assets and address this to have equal access. We also need to recognise our cultures, tribes, stories, religions, beliefs, values, land principles, the original trade worldwide systems, the exchange for services in the past was currency, artefacts, we have nothing to prove, ancestors, spirits, angels, food, health, role in family and to tribe, this was stolen land when it was invaded and unlawfully occupied without permission from the Queen and King of each land, resources was stolen and continue to remain unlawfully monitored, compensation to be remunerated for forced labour, emotional trauma, false allegations in court, distress, harassment, abuse and discrimination, recognition for the first people of the land fighting in wars, prices was put on basic necessities and access is being denied for basic necessities. Everyone should be aware of The UN Sustainable Development Goals and governments should be acting towards this in the best interest of their country and other countries alike.

The music industry and film industry in the past put women against each other. All women can co-exist despite our success. The Murdoch media influences a lot that us and our parents see. The Murdoch Media works hand in hand with High profile people and The Royal Family in England. People are being shamed for expressing themselves and therefore hiding our identity. We need to be acceptive of authenticity and interests and create spaces online and in person to freely allow people to be themself. All young people need to be learning self defense from ages sixteen upwards. Females you need to be lifting those weights and running those miles. Females and males need to be learning or practicing how to swim those laps. Councils and town boards and leaders should be listening and acting on injustices in the community and safety complaints. We need to be protecting young people and children. Each one of us have an active duty to foster safe spaces for children to share and receive support for their struggles and challenges. We need to be calling out, contacting law officials and defending children against physical, emotional and verbal abuse. It is never under any circumstance okay for an adult to exercise an abuse of power to a child. Law enforces should protect kids at all costs, ensure kids have access to adequately contact support services and are provided with the basic necessities. For the cycle to stop we must protect younger generations. We are to create and pass more legislation to protect children in any environment, come up with strategies and ways to ensure child safety in current and future homes and different environments. Both men and women have a responsibility of protection of their family, younger children and the youth. We need to reflect when we are feeling envious of younger generations and people and limit engaging in putting the person or people down. We are to educate each other and have conversations about how it looks like today and our expectations for protecting children.

It is time to listen to the views and issues concerning children and young people. It is a Climate Emergency and we need action now. Palestine just like every country today should be exercising the same rights and have freedom from oppression. I know it is hard to recognise and believe the state of affairs. We are to distinguish the difference between facts and fiction. Try branching out to reading different government initiatives, radio stations, television channels, news publications, social networking sites, apps, podcasts, and news websites. I hope tomorrow looks different from today,
